Who are my programs for?
I specialize in training women of all ages from teens to post-menopausal women. Whether you’re wanting to lose weight or you’re a runner wanting to improve your times, I can build a plan for you!
As a full time working mom of 2 young kids, my overall goal is to show other busy women that you too can build a sustainable healthy routine for yourself!
What do you mean by “Sustainable Healthy Routine?”
I mean that a healthy life is not “one size fits all.” What works for me, may not work for you, and even that may still be different for another woman! Taking into account your health history, current lifestyle, family and support, along with many other factors, I will help you design a routine that will fit in with YOUR life. One that you can then hopefully go on to live for years to come without my continual guidance.
