This program is for individuals at all levels of fitness. Walk through 6 weeks of progressive overloading to lead you to a stronger YOU. Each week there are 4 strength building workouts and 1 cardio day programmed. Once purchased, you will receive a .pdf file to work through on your own. There is no coaching included.
