Strong this season
This challenge is for people who are looking to switch up their training a little bit. Instead of group fitness class style workouts, these workouts will be built with straight sets and reps - meaning you will do 3-4 sets of one movement, then move on to the next movement. There will be no Tabatas or EMOMs. As an NYTG member already, this will also give you access to the “open lift” side of the gym for the duration of this challenge.
If you wish to participate but would like to continue doing your regular group fitness classes, go back to the last page and join the basic program!
When: The challenge begins October 6th and ends November 16th.
Registration closes October 5th at 12pm.

A 6 week strength building program - both at home and gym versions will be available to everyone so you can pick and choose which one fits your needs best (the program will have videos of how to do each movement too!)
4 straight sets/reps style workouts per week broken down into two lower body days and two upper body days

This group is a great place to ask for nutrition tips from other members, form check videos, recipe ideas, and post any other questions you encounter during the challenge (and beyond)!

To be entered for this, you must fill out the weekly challenge tracker sheet (included) and tag me (@trainwithtayrae) in a post on TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram about the challenge sometime during the 6 weeks (you will have to submit a screenshot of your post to be entered).
