Each week there are 4 strength building workouts and 1 cardio day programmed. Purchasing this program also gives you lifetime access to my exclusive fitness community group on Facebook! This program can be completed in most home gyms. You will need dumbbells, resistance bands, and small loop bands. If you have a gym membership or a fully furnished home gym, consider getting the "Gym Version" instead.
