Strong this season
Join us for this 6 week long fall challenge! We will set some goals, then work to not only hit those goals, but also set some good habits and routines going into the holiday season. Bonus: you’ll get to meet other amazing women taking this journey with you!
When: The challenge begins October 6th and ends November 16th.

Everyone gets these challenge perks:
A 6 week strength building program - both at home and gym versions will be available to everyone so you can pick and choose which one fits your needs best (the program will have videos of how to do each movement too!)
4 straight sets/reps style workouts per week broken down into two lower body days and two upper body days
Access to the exclusive Train with Tay Rae Community Facebook Group where you can find other women on this journey as well. This group is a great place to ask for nutrition tips from other members, form check videos, recipe ideas, and post any other questions you encounter during the challenge (and beyond)!

To be entered for this, you must fill out the weekly challenge tracker sheet (included) and tag me (@trainwithtayrae) in a post on TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram about the challenge sometime during the 6 weeks (you will have to submit a screenshot of your post to be entered).
The “Gym Access” tier will give you 24/7 gym access to Not Your Typical Gym in Parkville, MO for the duration of the challenge. If you choose this option, I will have a few weekly “Office Hours” at the gym. Office hours have yet to be determined. During that time, I will not be giving full 1:1 coaching (you will be doing your workout on your own), but I will be available to answer simple questions, check and correct form, and offer any other help you may need.
Available Add Ons:
If you want custom macros to use during the challenge, I will work them up for you for an additional $10 fee (this does not include coaching or discussing the macros - it’s simply a macro count based on your goals).
If you would like some 1:1 coaching in addition to the challenge, you can add on weekly phone calls to discuss goals, diet, gym strategies, form questions, and anything else. These are once a week for 15-20 minutes and will be a flat rate of $60 for the full 6 weeks.

24/7 access (except Mon/Wed/Fri from 5am-7am)
Access to 2 Saturday Group Fitness Classes with Tay at NYTG during the challenge (you must sign up with Tay beforehand so we know you’re coming.)

This is an add-on to either of the Strong This Season programs! Simply add it to your cart, fill out the requested form, and I will get your custom macros sent to you the weekend before the challenge begins!
*This does not include coaching through the macros. You will be expected to use and track the macros on your own. I am only offering this so you can get accurate macros for the challenge that are catered to your specific body type and goals!
This is an add-on to either of the Strong This Season Programs! With this add on, you get a once a week phone call for the duration of the 6 week program (that’s 6 total phone calls!). During these calls, we will discuss goals, progress, any questions you may have, and macros if you also ordered the custom macros.
